If Talk2Text isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll process a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@talk2text.cc with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We'll take care of the rest.

Processing

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Update renewals

The same 30-day refund policy applies to annual update renewal purchases. If you renew and change your mind, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the renewal charge.
